about the artist

Finding the right jewels is a treasure hunt that begins my artistic process; searching out quality, uniqueness and beauty.  My primary techniques are traditional hand knotting on silk and wire wrapping.  I am both designer and crafter of my jewelry collection working out of my studio in the beautiful countryside of Sonoma County, California.

I love everything about jewelry - the way my eyes drink up the sparkle and living colors, the way it feels swinging from my ears and laying against my skin, how it lights me up with the feeling of beauty and sacred adornment.

Some of my favorite pieces are everyday comfort, like pearls with blue jeans and a man’s oversized white cotton shirt.  Some are over the top glamour - I pile my hair up high and let the earrings dangle down long.  It’s all good.  No matter how much jewelry I make, I always find surprises, new pieces I must wear now!

It is my pleasure and my honor to work with all this beauty and share it with other women.

May you walk in beauty
